2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functioning website and our content. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract or answering enquiries) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. On our behalf, Cloudflare processes the data generated when the website is accessed (in particular access and server log data, see section 4) and ensures the delivery, caching and protection of the website against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and efficient provision of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information can be found in Cloudflare's privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
4. Server log files / access data
Each time the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically collected. This includes in particular:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- date and time of access
- IP address in shortened or processed form
This data is processed to deliver the website, to ensure stability and security and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The data is stored only for as long as is necessary for these purposes and is then deleted; we do not merge this data with other data sources.
5. Cookies
This website does not use any tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary cookies may be used, which Cloudflare sets for security reasons (e.g. the “__cf_bm” cookie for bot detection). These cookies are required for the secure operation of the website; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (2) TDDDG. Since no consent-requiring cookies or services are used, no cookie banner is required.
6. Contact by email
This website provides an email address for getting in touch. If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering the enquiry). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. External links / Amazon
This website contains links to the online marketplace Amazon.de. When you click such a link, you leave our website; from that point on, Amazon's privacy policy applies. We have no influence over the data processing that takes place there and accept no responsibility for it.
8. No web analytics, no tracking
We do not use any web analytics tools, tracking pixels, social media plugins or advertising networks. No profiling takes place.

11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data. The supervisory authority responsible for the controller is the Hungarian data protection authority:
